CANCELLATION POLICY
No hourly rehearsal time will be booked without full payment, cash or credit card. No refunds. Clients will be given a rehearsal credit if a booking is canceled four days, 96 hours, or more before the calendar date. The rehearsal credit must be used within four days, 96 hours, of canceled booking. After the “96 hour” time the rehearsal is locked in and no credit will be issued. All Payments Are Non-Refundable. All Credit Card bookings will be paid in full. All session prices are based on a 5% cash discount. Credit Card payments may include an additional 5% charge. Clients are kindly requested to check email confirmations/receipt of sale sent by Rivington Music immediately for any discrepancies in their booking(s). Studios do not include 1/4” cables, guitar straps, drum sticks, etc. All in Studio rehearsal-recording CD-R’s are for reference only.
