Email Policy:

By using the Rivington Music Rehearsal Studios Online Booking Service, you agree to sign up to the RMRS Monthly Newsletter. We will only send you emails pertinent to our services for you (like special discounts and notices/ alerts), and we will never share your email with any third parties to whom you have not explicitly permitted access (unless we are legally compelled to do so under situations we could not control or prevent).

You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time at by finding the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each newsletter. We hope you won’t need or want to unsubscribe as you’d miss out on special discounts and notices or alerts that we’re sure you’d want to know about.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation with more than 48 hours, a credit will be issued.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours, no credit or rescheduled booking.

The credit is redeemed on the Book A Studio Page. Credit expires 180 days from date of issue.

Rivington Music Rehearsal Studios is not responsible for weather conditions, transit issues, personal emergencies, etc. Please note: during any summer or winter weather event such as rain or snow; if the trains are running, we are open.

Studios do not include 1/4" cables, guitar straps, drum sticks, etc. Please contact Rivington Music via email or phone if you have any questions. Rivington Music Rehearsal Studios is not responsible for any personal items left unattended.

Clients are kindly requested to check email confirmations/receipt of sale sent by Rivington Music immediately for any discrepancies in their booking(s).
